An interest in fashion started for Lacry Puravu at an early age. As a young girl she would design her own clothes and enjoy wearing each outfit with her personal styling flair. As the years past, Lacry pursued her desire to learn, she continued to hone her skills and her eye for creativity evolved. In 2010 she took a step into the world of fashion magazines, styling various fashion shoots.

Lacry has always had a desire to enhance her skills, enrolling in several design courses. The highlight of her growth came when she worked with experienced tailors in Saville Row, gaining superb technical knowledge. These new skills allowed her to develop the ability to expertly construct garments, using tailoring techniques of the early Parisian ateliers. Her ever increasing passion encouraged Lacry to let her imagination go wild, allowing her to bring the never-ceasing fashion images in her mind’s eye to reality.

Lacry says, “Each bespoke garment I create is handmade, all the designs are unique and original to me, I am flattered that clients have used such adjectives as, poetic, romantic and elegantly sophisticated to describe garments I have made for them. I want each piece I create to give the wearer a feeling of stylish individuality and for them to treat it like a long-lasting treasure."
